WHY SHE IS AMAZING: Zoe is a self-taught chef and a pioneer in modern West African cuisine since 2010 across the UK and Europe. Her mission is to bring African cuisine to the masses by breaking down negative stereotypes while celebrating the rich diversity of the food and culture. She launched her concept through supper clubs which later evolved into residencies across London and Berlin and ultimately opening a restaurant in Brixton in 2014. Zoe's debut cookbook Zoe's Ghana Kitchen was nominated by the Observer Newspaper as "One to Watch" in 2017, also a "London Tastemaker'' by the London Evening Standard. She has a strong ethos for using fresh, ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients working with brands such as Aduna World, Divine Chocolate, and Farm Africa to promote such. In addition to the European press, Zoe has been featured in US media outlets such as Cherry Bombe and Oprah Magazine.
