Originally intended to be a small outpost for his catering business, the pint-sized Food Sermon quickly attracted loyal neighborhood fans, soon drawing the attention of acclaimed food critics; The New York Times’ praised Williams' “gift for meat” and “extraordinary brightness of flavors. In addition to the New York Times, Williams' work has received critical praise from several publications including New York Magazine and Bon Appetit.
