WHY SHE IS AMAZING: Lynn takes a culinary approach to making cocktails. She likes to use herbs and freshly cooked purees, where she slow-cooks or slow-poaches fruits as she prefers the caramelization that this adds to the cocktail as opposed to the flavor profiles fresh fruit. She was the first mixologist at the multi award-winning Blackbird restaurant in Chicago and has been featured in national publications such as The New York Times, Bon Appétit, Martha Stewart Living, Saveur, GQ, and Esquire. She was also named one of the Top-5 Alchemists in the United States by both Benedictine and Esquire Magazines.
