WHY HE IS AMAZING: Born in Barbados, Jason had 15 years of experience as a chef in luxury hotels in Barbados prior to working in the 2-Michelin Star Kitchen of Connaught in London under Hélène Darroze. Since then he has been a Quarter Finalist on BBC MasterChef: The Professionals and has traveled the world changing the perception of Caribbean food with his series of Pop-Ups named The Caribbean Fine Dining Experience. Jason deconstructs traditional Caribbean dishes without diluting the flavor profile and presents it in a manner consistent with his training at a prestigious 2-Star Michelin kitchen. While he has never had a brick and mortar restaurant, a seat at one of his Pop-Up experiences which take place globally are highly coveted.
