WHY HE IS AMAZING: In addition to receiving his Master’s in Pastry Making at the Paris Chamber of Commerce, Thierry has helmed the pastry programs at some of the most prestigious addresses in the world. Thierry was the creative mind behind the grand dessert line-up for the 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards while heading the team at The Beverly Hilton. During his time as Executive Pastry at The Fairmont Singapore, Thierry was nominated for Executive Pastry Chef of the Year at the World Gourmet Series Awards of Excellence in Asia. Most recently while at The Rainbow Room, he was the host chef of The 2015 James Beard Foundation Gala.
