WHY SHE IS AMAZING: Rupa is an editor, writer, and strategist who has held numerous jobs in food and beverage media. She spent over a decade in culinary editorial at The Food Network, where, among many other projects, she wrote several cookbooks, produced countless videos, and led the blending team for a line of wines launched in conjunction with Wente Vineyards. Before and after that, she spent time at Wine & Spirits Magazine, HarperCollins Cookbooks, and Lucky Peach, in addition to as a freelance writer and food stylist.
