Arni Cabatingan

Arni Cabatingan is a second-generation Filipino American. She developed a deep appreciation for the vibrant energy of dining rooms and the world of wine in culinary school. Arni is a Certified Sommelier, achieved through the Court of Master Sommeliers via the CIA’s wine concentration program in Napa. After completing her education, Arni gained valuable experience in service with Make It Nice Hospitality, contributing four years to notable establishments such as the NoMad NY and Eleven Madison Park Summer and Winter House. In 2019, she joined Atomix as the Assistant Sommelier and in 2021 transitioned to the role of Assistant General Manager at Atoboy, rapidly advancing to the position of General Manager within a few months. In this leadership role, she oversaw Atoboy’s business operations and collaborative events with renowned chefs and winemakers from around the globe. In November 2023, Arni returned to the two-Michelin starred and a World’s 50 Best Restaurant, Atomix as the new General Manager. In this role, she aspires to continue mentoring and guiding the next generation of hospitality leaders.
