Originally from Mexico City, Carlos has been working in the restaurant industry for about ten years. He worked his way up at one of the best and busiest bars in Dallas, Victor Tangos. This was a creative and experimental bar that allowed him to test out new cocktails, flavors, techniques, and presentations. Once he joined José, he had the freedom to perfect their cocktail program. His exposure to the best agave spirits and other spirits continues to inspire and motivate him.
