Chef Martel Stone is an award-winning culinary leader currently serving as Chef de Cuisine at Dōgon by Kwame Onwuachi in Washington, D.C. Under his leadership, Dogon has earned prestigious accolades, including Time Magazine’s World’s Greatest Places of 2025 and a Michelin Guide Recommendation. Widely recognized for his success on competitive television, Chef Stone is a winner of Food Network’s Bobby’s Triple Threat, Chopped Next Generation, and Guy’s Grocery Games.
His extensive career includes senior leadership roles at Tatiana (New York) and Kith/Kin, as well as serving as National Executive Chef for The Gathering Spot. He is also the founder of Black Supper Collective, which curates luxury tasting experiences. A former U.S. Navy Petty Officer, Chef Stone brings discipline and precision to his work, which sits at the intersection of culinary excellence and cultural storytelling.
