Sanchit Sahu is the Head Chef at Nadu in Chicago, where he specializes in regional Indian cuisine. With a career spanning over a decade, Sanchit began his journey with the Taj Group’s Karavali before serving as Sous Chef at Rooh in New Delhi. He later led Alab cloud kitchen as Chef Patron and served as Executive Chef at Jhol in Bangkok. Drawing on his extensive experience in coastal and regional Indian culinary traditions, Chef Sahu now brings his expertise to Nadu, collaborating with Chef Sujan Sarkar to create innovative and authentic dining experiences.
