Esi Eggleston Bracey

Esi Eggleston Bracey is a transformative, purpose-driven business and beauty executive, most recently serving as Unilever’s Global Chief Growth and Marketing Officer. In this role, she led the marketing and growth transformation of a $60B company across 400 brands—including Dove—in 190 countries. Prior to this, she served as President of Unilever USA and CEO of Unilever Personal Care North America.

With decades of executive experience, Esi has a proven track record of guiding organizations to unlock growth in rapidly evolving marketplaces. Before her tenure at Unilever, she was President of Coty’s Consumer Beauty division following 25 years at P&G. At P&G, she made history as one of the youngest executives and the first Black woman promoted to General Manager.

A human-centric leader, Esi firmly believes business can be a force for good. She co-founded the CROWN Coalition to eradicate race-based hair discrimination through the CROWN Act, which is now law in 30 states. Her commitment to leadership and excellence extends to her service on the board of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
