Living at the epicenter of diversity and culture, she was able to take on roles in some of the world’s best kitchens, such as Executive Sous Chef of ABC Cocina, Head Chef of Dekalb Market Hall, and Sous Chef of both Barraca and Macondo. Chef Lateisha recently joined The Miami Beach EDITION as the new Chef de Cuisine of Matador Room and Matador Bar.  She brings her mother’s flavors and a wealth of multicultural experience.
