Cassandra began her career at The Breakers Palm Beach in 2010 while studying Dance and Fine Arts at Palm Beach Atlantic University. In 2015, she was named Lead Sommelier and Beverage Manager of Flagler Steakhouse, where she oversaw a wine program featuring over 665 selections. Under her leadership, the restaurant earned the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence every year from 2015 onward. She also contributed to The Breakers’ Grand Award-winning wine list.
Cassandra was the Southeastern Regional Winner and a National Finalist in the Châine des Rôtisseurs Best Young Sommelier Competition in both 2017 and 2018. That same year, she was awarded the Washington D.C. Young Leaders Summit Scholarship.
She was part of the opening team and served as Head Sommelier at Centurion New York—a collaboration between Daniel Boulud and American Express—where she developed the wine list. Currently, Cassandra is guiding guests through their wine journey at Daniel Boulud’s acclaimed two-Michelin-starred restaurant, Daniel. Most recently, she was honored as a 2025 James Beard Foundation Outstanding Professional in Beverage Service nominee.
