A dynamic force in the spirits and cocktails industry, Keyatta Mincey Parker is the Chief Curating Officer of Pictures and Cocktails LLC and a hospitality veteran with over two decades of experience across hotels, fine dining, and clubs. Transitioning from a successful modeling career to mixology, she has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Bartenders in the South by Thrillist and Tastemakers, with features in Forbes, Food & Wine, and The AJC.

Passionate about community and craftsmanship, Mincey Parker is the founder of A Sip of Paradise Garden, a nonprofit bartender community garden in Atlanta, and leads The Jim Project, training young Liberian women in hospitality. She made history by creating the official celebratory cocktail for the Liberian Olympic National Team and is a proud member of Les Dames d’Escoffier Atlanta and 2023 Wine Enthusiast’s Future 40.
